The countdown to the Bounds Green School PTA Summer Fair is officially on! To help things run smoothly behind the scenes, we are trialling a Token Payment System this year for PTA-run games, activities and stalls.

• 1 Token = £1 • Tokens Only: Accepted at PTA-run games, activities, stalls • Cash & Card Still Accepted at: The PTA BBQ/Café/Bar, Auction, Raffle, Silent Disco, and all external vendors

FAQ
Q: Can I buy them on the day? A: Yes! We will have clearly marked Token Stalls at the entrance and at the PTA stall accepting both cash and card payments.
Q: What if we have leftover tokens at the end of the fair? A: We highly encourage buying only what you think you’ll use. Any leftover tokens can be dropped into our PTA Donation Buckets at the exits—every leftover token directly supports school projects!
Q: Can I buy tokens with cash or card on the day? A: Yes. Our central Token Booths will accept both cash and contactless card payments. Pre-ordering online is recommended to bypass these lines entirely.
Q: Will external vendors/stalls accept tokens? A: No. External stalls will continue to take cash or card directly. Only PTA stalls will use tokens. The PTA Bar/Café/BBQ/Silent Disco will also still take card or exact cash.
Q: How much do games typically cost? A: Most pocket-money games 1 Token. Larger activities like the Inflatable Slide, Donkey ride and Tea Cup rides will cost between 2 and 3 tokens/5 tokens for siblings.
